La Pomme: Soothing lights. Aromatherapy. Feng Shui. These items are de rigueur at spas all over town. But at a velvet-roped nightclub? Who knew? La Pomme is designed to tempt all of the senses. The space is clean, understated, and chic. Black and white films flash silently on the wall while the crowd grooves to a mix of '80s and hip-hop. The VIP section is a raised platform in the back, the "tree house," from which you and a couple dozen of your friends can look down on the hoi polloi. Get lost in the beautiful décor, sexy ambiance, and colorful lighting that whisks you away into an Oasis to paradise.

Theatrical set designers transform the space into a virtual winter palace:
• 300lbs of artificial snow blanket the floor
• Scent machine pumping out the aromas of pine needles, candy canes
• Snow machines produce an aerial spectacle
• La Pomme's very own snow dancers keep the party alive long after 4am
• A 8' x 100' projection wall displays a mesmerizing and unforgettable countdown

We have a special, red carpet, movie-premiere-like back-drop that will serve as the canvas for this “picture-perfect” moment. It will be your chance to pose solo, with your significant other, or with your group of friends. Memories are all we have, and The BLAQ List is going to ensure you save those memories. Plus, we know after a few drinks, your hair might not be exactly how you left it. So we’ll capture you as soon as you enter.

MUSIC:

Keep the Ladies Dancing on the Tables and Men pouring those shots divulging you into a state of heaven, spinning hip-hop, top 40, and dance. This Extravaganza caters to upscale, trendy hipsters and young professionals, in their 20s - 30s who are looking to have the time of their lives on New Year's Eve. You are welcome to invite as many friends or co-workers as you want.  The music for the night will include an eclectic and energetic mix of

DRESS CODE: 

Ladies - Cocktail dresses and elegant wear is suggested.  New Year's only comes once a year!  Time to go shopping and whip out that New Dress, Matching Shoes, and Purse.  Do it...you're worth it!

Gents - Blazers suggested.  It's always nice to dress up. We have a special Step & Repeat set up to capture "the moment."  It's one of those nights.  Look good.  Leave a lasting impression. 

PHOTOGRAPHY:

The Blaq List has hired professional photographers to capture all those special moments, the essence of New Year’s.  Spending time with those closest to you.  Dancing the night away with your friends.  Kissing that special someone at midnight.  We know what’s important to you.  On a night when everyone snaps away, and undoubtedly 20% of you will end up losing your camera, spilling a drink on it, having it stolen, or just plain dropping it as you stumble down the stairs, we are going to post 1,000+ pictures on our website the day after.  So when you wake up hungover, simply log on to www.theblaqlist.com/gallery to view the night’s memories.
