- Tickets can only be picked up 72 hours prior to event at any box office
- DAY OF EVENT tickets can only be picked up from the PHANTOM BOX OFFICE
- PHANTOM BOX OFFICE will be open until 1AM after 1AM tickets will be printed and delivered to TAO
- Age is 21 and up
- VIP Table Bottle Service is to be booked directly with LAVO
